1. Tap the Start menu and choose Programs
2. Next, tap on the Communications folder
3. Double-click the Remote Networking icon
4. Double-click the Make New Connection icon
5. Next, enter Horizonz in the Type a name for the connection box
6. Select the Dial-up
Connection radio button
7. Click the Next button
8. Next, select your modem from the dropdown menu
9. Click the Next button
10. Next, enter in the local access number
for your area in the Telephone number box.

11. Click the Finish button (This will bring you back to the Remote Networking Window)
12. Double-click Horizonz icon
13. Enter your Horizonz username in the User Name box (make sure that your user name is entered in this manner "username#horizonz.com@isplogin.com" (i.e. john#horizonz.com@isplogin.com)
14. Enter your Password in the Password box
15. Check the Save Password box
16. Then click Connect to log on to the internet
