Qualcomm Eudora for Microsoft Windows
Note: These instructions are for Eudora 5.2 and above. If you have a lower
version of Eudora, please go to Eudora's website to upgrade your client.
if you have been using the Eudora POP client, and now want to switch to IMAP, proceed to step 1 below.
NOTE: If you have a high speed link, such as the campus Ethernet or a cable modem, it probably doesn't matter which option you choose.
Eudora will then download the IMAP folders of your email account. Click on the
Account to see its contents. You will see 4 folders: Inbox, Sent, Drafts and
Bulk.

The first three are the default folders of your
IMAP account.
The Bulk folder will contain all messages identified as SPAM.
Activating EMailFidelity:
Activation Process
1. Log in to your end user control panel.
2. Go to the "Password/Forwarding" section.
3. Enter only one
of these three phrases in the "Forward List" box:

Enter one of the phrases above as shown in the screenshot below:

Deactivation Process
1. To deactivate EMAILFidelity for a particular account follow steps 1 and 2 of the activation process.
2. Then delete the forward command specified n the "Forward List".
