Netscape
Communicator Mail (Netscape 4.0)
- Load Netscape.
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Click on the + next to Mail & Groups.
- Click on Identity.

- Fill in the Your Name field.
- Fill in the Email address field.
- Click on Mail Servers.

- Fill in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field with smtp.horizonz.com.
- For “Outgoing mail server user name”, make sure that your
horizonz username is entered.
- Click the Add button

- Fill in the Incoming mail (POP3) server fields with pop3.horizonz.com.
- Mail Server type should be set to POP3
- Fill in the Mail server user name field with your Horizonz email
address
- Check Remember mail password.
- Click the POP tab

- Uncheck the box that says “Leave messages on server”
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
Updating Netscape Communicator Mail
- Load Netscape.
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Click on the + next to Mail & Groups.
- Click on Identity.

- Fill in the Your Name field.
- Fill in the Email address field.
- Click on Mail Servers.

- In the Incoming Mail Servers list, select pop3.horizonz.com
and click edit.
- Verify that the Mail server field shows pop3.horizonz.com and
that Server Type is POP3 Server. The User Name field should be
your email address, but replacing the @ with $, as shown below.
(Make sure you use your username$horizonz.com)

- Check Remember mail password.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
